February/March Events
Please note that Family Night (scheduled for this Friday, Feb. 21) has been cancelled due to the Celebration of Life service for Eric Bergmann taking place at the church on Saturday, Feb. 22 at 11 am. Please join us for our next Family Night on Friday, April 11th! Hope to see you then!
- Men’s Sports Night – Saturday, Feb 22, 8-10 pm. Bring your gym shoes to the church and join us to play basketball, soccer, etc. No registration needed and no charge. Contact doug@whyteridgebaptist.ca for more information.

- Growing in Grace Back to the 50’s, Thursday, March 13, 12-2 pm. Join us for our retro get together, complete with all your food favorites and a roaring game of “Hymn Hum.” Don’t forget to get your outfit ready. Prize for best dressed! All the fun begins at noon! Wednesday nights at WRBC
Come To The Table Weekly Meal – Wednesdays till March 26, 5:30-6:45 pm – cost $7/person; $25/household of 4, main auditorium. Please register online Come To The Table Registration by Sunday night to help with meal planning. Menu for Feb 26: Garlic Chicken Parm Thighs, Veggie, Rice and Bun. Dessert: Hawaiian Dream Cups

Starts THIS Sunday morning Feb 23 – Significant Others video series, Understanding Differing Worldviews of Your Neighbors, Sunday mornings, Feb 23 – Apr 6 in the Fireside Room, 9-10 am. Join us as we learn about different religious beliefs of those we live or work alongside and how to share Jesus with them. Led by Tim Noble or contact doug@whyteridgebaptist.ca for more information.
Care Journey Training(/HELPS) – Discipleship Pathway for a Caring Community, 5 Sessions (Wed, Feb 26 – Mar 26th), Time: 7 pm – 8:30 pm, Location: WRBC Common Office Area, online registration preferred: Care Journey Training Registration Winter 2025
Conquer Series – The Conquer Series is a powerful teaching series for men. This 10 week series runs from March 1 to May 3 (Saturday mornings) from 8 to 10am. It will guide you on the path to freedom from pornography and lust. This is not just another study tool for men, but a tried and proven battle plan for purity in a godless world. Volunteer Opportunity – looking for a Sunday morning early-bird (or 2) to come prepare our auditorium for our Sunday morning service by putting Welcome Cards & offering envelopes into the backs of the chairs. We have volunteers currently serving in this way but we need someone to share in this ministry for every other week (2 Sundays/month). This information is required to be filled out each year for each child to make sure we have updated allergies, permissions, and consent for your child. Please complete this form if you have not done so already.

Sr. Boys and Jr. Boys will meet at my (Rudy’s) house for some Super Smash Bros, and some snacks! 6:45-8:45pm! If you want to bring your fave snack, you can do that as well!
