Johanna Jorgensen
From Johanna Jorgensen - Thanks to all who prayed for my CT scan. It came back clear! There are two nodules on my lungs, but they aren’t new and haven’t grown. The doctor said it could just be scarring and isn’t necessarily cancer. He didn’t seem too worried, but they will continue to monitor them out of an abundance of caution.
So now my final treatment is on Friday, follow up scans every 6 months for the next year, then after that they will be yearly. We are on the home stretch. Praise to God for bringing us through the hardest year of our life. He is able!

Johanna
From Johanna Jorgensen: Please pray for me as I go through a CT scan tomorrow. I’ve had several since being diagnosed with melanoma last year, but this one is a bit more weighty as it’s the last one before my last day of treatment next week Friday. So far my scans have been clear, but please pray that it continues to be clear and that the cancer never comes back.
If, God willing the scan is clear, we can begin to live a little more normally, although I’ll have CT scans for the next 4 years.
Thanks to all who have prayed for us, brought us food, and journeyed with us this past year as we have walked through cancer. We are so incredibly thankful for our church family!

Rudy continues to not have movement on his right side leg and arm.

Emmie Dryjski
From Emmie Dryjski: Please pray for my sister Maria and her husband Roman who is hospitalized. Roman has been on dialysis due to kidney cancer and was functioning on one kidney which has less than 10% f function. Roman was on a waiting list for a kidney, but was taken off the list due to his age. However, his family and church have never stopped praying for a miracle, and a kidney was unexpectedly donated from Ottawa, so Roman was taken to the hospital yesterday, Sunday, May 19 shortly after midnight for a transplant. This is truly a miracle. The surgery went well, without any complication. Roman is presently in a sleep mode, not yet responding. Please pray for Roman and his family for God's favour, comfort and peace.
