Please pray for Sheila Henry’s grandson Hayden. He has had cluster seizures since he was two and a half. He just turned 13 in August. Medicine can no longer control the seizures so he is having surgery on Tuesday, September 15th.

Sean and Steffani Wijesinghe received the good news today that their baby, Aiden, is perfectly normal and that there are no ill effects due to the complications at birth. Praise the Lord!

Please pray for Sean and Steffani Wijesinghe and their new baby, Aiden Mark. Steffani gave birth to Aiden on Monday but, because of serious complications, they had to do an emergency C-section and baby Aiden was without oxygen for a period of time. Aiden is currently in the ICU as they deal with effects of the oxygen loss. Everyone, please pray for his recovery during this challenging time.

From Susan Shallcross: My daughter Mary was taken to St Boniface Hospital last night to correct her heart rate.
Thank you for all of you who prayed for her. They successfully stopped her heart and restarted it successfully.
We were told this can only be done a few times as there is often some muscle damage. Those who know Mary know that she always has to be the exception As she has surpassed this.

Please pray for Mr. Riffat Laldin, father of Azhar Laldin and Irfana Pollendine. Mr. Laldin is currently in the Geriatric Rehab ward at Victoria Hospital following some dizzy spells and falls, as well as some struggles with shingles.
Please join with the family in praying for his healing and recovery, that he may soon be able to return home.

Remembering in Prayer: Our church family and extended families who have lost a job because of the present circumstances. Others who still have a job but have had a pay cut and given other duties. Our shut-ins, cut off from family and friends - they so appreciate a phone call. Those experiencing anxiety, even now, as 'getting out' is different and can be stressful. From Glenn and Marilyn Parker: Last night Glenn's brother Bruce passed away in his sleep. As you know he has had some health challenges for the past two years. For the past month he has been isolated and having groceries, etc. delivered, so his death probably has nothing to do with the virus. Just God's timing.

From Rhea Jenkinson: Our daughter-in-law, Nicole Jenkinson, a nurse at St. Boniface Hospital, was sent home today because she had a sore throat. She now must self isolate for 2 weeks. Please pray that she just had a dry throat. If she has contracted Covid 19, pray that she has not infected patients or her children and that, Lord willing, her symptoms will be minimal.

We were not able to accompany her and request prayer that she will feel the care and love that staff extends to her.
