Our first team will be going to Garden Hill, MB, from July 31 to August 6 with Pathway Camp Ministries (PCM) to provide 5 days of VBS style ministry with the elementary age children in Garden Hill. Our hope is to send a team of 9 people (one person serving as head cook), plus their team leader, on this mission. The cost per person is $750 and we plan to raise $350 for each team member to reduce their costs – for a total of $3,150. The remaining amount ($400) team members will either pay themselves or raise through sending out personal support letters (we will provide them with a WRBC Donation Form to include with their letter). Tax receipts will be given for this purpose.
Our second team will being going to North East India and/or Nepal from November 10 to 26 with Far Corners Ministries (FCM) to provide training sessions for pastors, conferences for women, help in building a church, and serving those in desperate need. We plan to send a team of 4-5 people, plus their team leader, on this mission. The cost per person is $3,500 and we plan to raise $1,000 for each team member to reduce their costs – for a total of $5,000. The remaining amount ($2,500) team members will either pay themselves or raise through sending out personal support letters (we will provide them with a WRBC Donation Form to include with their letter). Tax receipts will also be given for this purpose.
