Provincial Missions

Whyte Ridge Baptist is committed to sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with the people in the City of Winnipeg and our Province. This is practically carried out by supporting “missionaries” — those who work with Christian organizations/ministries — who have as their goal reaching our city for Jesus.

Pathway Camp MinisriesPathway Camp Ministries

Pathway Camp Ministries provides community and youth programs in Aboriginal communities of Manitoba. Through Day Camps, Youth Activities, and a Clothing ministry, PCM takes the Good News of Jesus Christ to isolated and often economically disadvantaged communities who have little access to Christian resources and influences. Greers PCM 300x240Pathway Camp Ministries’ website provides an in-depth look at their influence and programs amongst Aboriginal communities in Manitoba. The ministry was founded in 2007 with Rick and Elizabeth Greer as Directors. Under the Greers capable and gifted leadership, churches such as Whyte Ridge Baptist have become involved in the ministry by sending individuals to help with summer Day Camps on isolated northern Manitoba reserves. See Mission Adventures for a report on past trips.
